We walked up the major creek a short distance and found a nice campsite. In the afternoon we climbed up to check out a nearby creek.

Above - Ashley in the creek - it had a short, poor section of canyon

The next day we got up early and set off before out got hot. We climbed up to check out another creek.

Above - Great views

Above - The canyon was short and not too special

Above - We went back to the major creek and walked further upstream. In places the creekbed was dry.

Above - We found this death adder in the next creek we checked out. We were unable to climb the waterfall above the snake

Above - Next morning we check out another canyon. It had some interesting sections but the canyon parts were very smelly and not too spectacular. Here is Don in the upper part.

Above - We tried to go downstream - but our way was blocked by this death adder. We had to climb around it!

It was then time to climb out of the major creek and head back to the cars

Above - Ashley and Rik enjoy the view on the climb out.
