Time 2 Choose – Climate Rally and March – Sydney – 24 March 2018

I, along with thousands of others, attended the huge Time2Choose Climate Rally and March in Sydney.

We met at Martin Place and then after some speeches we all mare along Elizabeth Street to  Prince Alfred Park. It must have been one of the largest crowds to assemble in Sydney in recent years – probably around 8,000 people. And not only people – but there was also a large contingent from the country that rode their horses on the march.

It was not only the horse riders that came from the country. A large number of the attendees came from rural places – farms and towns. People worried about coal seam gas, climate change, coal mines etc.
