This was a slow trip through Claustral Canyon. The main purpose was to spend time photographing the constriction from the bottom of the Black Hole of Calcutta to the junction with Thunder Canyon. We spent about 3 hours in this section - from 11:15 am to 2:15 pm. This provided a range of interesting lighting of the canyon.

Above - Several parties were in front of us. One large group had set up a rope going down both the first and second waterfalls for some reason.

Above - Just in front were a party of three from Bushwalkers Rescue. A party of two were just behind us.

We are now very close to the end of Claustral Canyon at the Thunder Canyon junction. The light was changing and sunbeams started appearing so we hung about for a bit, and then started taking more photos. I ended up going back up the canyon a few hundred metres twice for photos.
