Wolli Creek Nature Walk – 6 February 2016

I was heading to a meeting at Bardwell Park, so I combined this with a walk down Wolli Creek along the Two Valleys Track – from Bexley North to Turrella.

I was mainly looking for fungi – but there was not much interesting stuff out.

What was noticeable were the number of millipedes out at one particular place. There were perhaps 20 – 30 of them on a large rock next to the track. I am not sure if it was the breeding season (seem idd appear to be mating), but most looked like they were grazing on the moss.
