Taronga Zoo – Visit on 5 June 2017

This was a very pleasant day at the Zoo – with lots of baby animals to see.

One I saw was the new baby Elephant.

And there was a new baby Otter –

The baby Red Panda was now quite old –

I had seen the baby Pygmy Hippo on the previous visit. It was now much more active.

And I spent a fair bit of time in the Blue Mountains section trying to photograph the normally elusive Platypus –

And some other Australian animals –

One of the Lyrebirds was trying to build a nest.

Some from the reptile house –

The Binturong was sleeping as usual when I visited its enclosure earlier, but later on it was active –

More photos are online on my website.
